Robert S. Joseph, Esquire was an Assistant County Prosecutor for more than six years.  He tried adult criminal cases including homicides, armed robberies, sexual assault, drug offenses and child abuse.

Upon entering private practice he specialized in Worker's Compensation Cases from basic to the most complex.

He has also represented clients in claims concerning injuries sustained in auto accidents, slip and fall and construction injuries.

He also represents clients in municipal court matters including disorderly persons, misdemeanors and traffic violations.

Mr. Joseph is an avid motorcycle enthusiast and puts the knowledge gained from this pursuit to use representing many clients who encounter legal issues pertaining to their motorcycle use.

Bob is also an avid fisherman who enjoys the outdoors.

Lawrence Ronald McCullough, Esquire served as an Assistant County Prosecutor in Burlington County, New Jersey where he prosecuted adult criminals in jury trials for over six years.

He tried numerous Major Crime Cases, including homicides and other serious felonies.  He also served as legal advisor to the Special Investigations Unit in the Prosecutor's Office.

From there he went into private practice specializing in Negligence Law, Adult Criminal Defense Law, Worker's Compensation, Municipal Land Use Law as well as Commercial Litigation and Insurance Coverage issues.  He also served as special counsel to the fraud units of several large insurance carriers.

Mr. McCullough is a former Municipal Prosecutor and has served for many years as a Solicitor to Municipal Land Use Boards.

Ron was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court as an Investigator and later Chairman of the District Ethics Committee serving Burlington County, New Jersey.

He is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey, the Courts of Maryland and The Supreme Court of the United States.
